By consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to revoke the order of suspension, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2015.

3. According to the petitioner, he was appointed as salesman in the TASMAC Wine Hop No.1981 on 27.11.2003. Thereafter, he was transferred to Shop No.2337 on 23.03.2009 and again on 28.08.2009, he was transferred to Shop No.2025. While the petitioner was working in Wine Shop No.2025, he was placed under suspension, by order of the respondent dated 04.10.2011 alleging that he was absent from duty from 01.09.2011 to 24.09.2011. The petitioner would claim that due to dispute between the petitioner and the supervisor of the wine shop, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was not permitted to sign in the attendance register and made a false complainant against the petitioner before the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation to the respondent on 05.06.2015 to revoke the order of suspension. Since it was not considered, he has come up with the present writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

5. This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
