3 T.PALANIVEL (R1 AND R3 WERE SET EXPARTE IN THE TRIAL COURT) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to exempt the petitioners from payment of court fee of Rs.19,272.50/- (Rupees Nineteen thousand two hundred and seventy two and paise fifty only) in the above Appeal preferred against the Judgment and Decree dated 18.03.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No. 84 of 2018 on the file of the Special District Judge (Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal), Villupuram and pass such further or other orders.(CMP.NO.14603/2021) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Order : This petition coming on this day for heearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUDHA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.19,272.50(Rupees Nineteen thousand two hundred seventy two and paise fifty only).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. However, it is made clear that in the event of this Court enhancing the compensation amount, the petitioners/appellants shall pay the requisite court fee for the enhanced amount. Post the matter for admission on 29.09.2021.
