Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the docket orders dated 29.10.2020 passed by the District Munsif Court, Katpadi in E.P. No.57 of 2010.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the order dated 17.07.2007 passed in RCOP. No.47 of 2004, R.C.A. No. 7 of 2018 was filed before the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority and it was allowed. Aggrieved by the same, CRP (NPD) No. 3195 of 2010 was filed before this Court. In the meantime, to execute the order passed by the learned Rent Controller, E.P. No. 57 of 2010 was filed before the learned Rent Controller. While so, on 28.07.2020, the Civil Revision Petition was dismissed and then an SLP. No.12964 of 2020 filed there against, which was also dismissed on 27.11.2020 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Now, an Execution Application was filed under Section 47 r/w 115 of CPC filed before the Trial Court. The above said factual positions are admitted by both the parties. 2.At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition.

is dismissed and it is open to the parties to agitate their rights in accordance with the law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
