O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2016 and to issue a new Family Card to the petitioner's family.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents produced the proceedings dated 25.07.2016 of the third respondent, whereby it is stated that if the petitioner applies for new family card by producing certificates of deletion issued by the respondents in favour of his brother, the respondents will consider the claim of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the proceedings dated 25.07.2016 of the third respondent, the petitioner is directed to apply for the new family card by producing the deletion certificates, as required in the proceedings dated 25.07.2016 and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
