2. The matter was listed before this Court on 10.01.2018, 06.02.2018 and 08.02.2018. On 10.01.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions, about the present status of the case from his client. When the matter was listed on 08.02.2018, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and the matter was posted today under the caption for dismissal.
