ORDER

1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to direct the I Additional District Munsif Court, Salem, to dispose of OS.No.452 of 2018, within a time frame.

2. Mr.S.Jaganathan, Government Advocate takes notice for the Respondents 7 and 8. Notice to the other Respondents is dispensed with. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents 7 and 8 has submitted that in respect of the legal heir certificate, in view of the fact that there was long delay, the Revenue Officials have advised the Petitioner/Plaintiff to move the Civil Court. The Plaintiff has filed the above suit for issuance of legal heir certificate. It appears that there are some IAs are pending. In view of the limited prayer, the I Additional District Munsif, Salem is hereby directed to dispose of the IAs within a period of six weeks and dispose of the suit within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
