This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 4 herein as legal representatives of deceased sole petitioner.

2. Mr.A.Muthukumar, learned counsel for revision petitioners submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the sole petitioner died on 20.07.2020. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the sole petitioner are impleaded as Revision Petitioners 2 to 4 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 01.12.2022 rpp Note : The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
