This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to appoint 1st petitioner as a guardian for minors viz., Jayalakshmi and Rajalakshmi, 2nd and 3rd petitioners herein in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Mr.A.Muthukumar, learned counsel for revision petitioners submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, sole petitioner died on 20.07.2020. However, the 2nd and 3rd petitioners, being minors, mother/1st petitioner may be appointed as a guardian for them. Hence, she has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Since the 2nd and 3rd petitioners, being minors, the 1st petitioner is appointed as a guardian for them in the above Civil Revision Petition. 01.12.2022 rpp Note : The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
