This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.627 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.627 of 2021, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.33 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the quash petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
