ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 67 of Information Technology Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offence committed by the petitioner is bailable in nature, therefore, the only option available to the petitioner is to surrender before the Court concerned and obtain bail.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
