O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.1440 of 2013, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1440 of 2012, has already been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore District. He further submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, has taken the charge sheet on file in C.C.No.207 of 2017 and the same is pending for trial.

3.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
