ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 306 of IPC r/w section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.538 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have loved the defacto complainant's daughter and thereafter refused to marry her, due to which, she committed suicide. Hence, the complaint.

3. This court had earlier granted anticipatory bail to the petitione Crl.O.P.No. 13321 of 2021 by imposing certain conditions. However, the petitioner without complying the conditions and filing of sureties, no case arises for had filed this anticipatory bail application.

4. In view of the above position no case arises for grant of fresh anticipatory bail and this petition is disposed of and time is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 13321 of 2021.
