Prayer:-Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner relating to the property situated at Survey No.137/2616 and 1⁄2 vacant site 2 in Survey No.137/3451 and 1⁄2 square feet vacant site 3, totally 6068 square feet of iste, this property situated at Nachi Nadu Kuthagai village within the Avadi Registrtion Office, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, bounded on North by : Varatharajal Naidu house and site, South by : 20 feet road, East by : 20 feet road, West by : 20 feet road.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks protection from police alleging that, in a civil dispute pending before the Court, the petitioner is called by the police under the guise of investigation.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has entered into a sale agreement with one Suchitra /the 5th respondent. Since she has not come forward to execute the sale deed, the suit is pending for specific performance. While so, the police is calling the petitioner and harassing him.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that there is no complaint or petition against this petitioner and he was not called for any enquiry. In fact the petitioner has given a complaint on 08.06.2024 and if necessary the petitioner may be called for enquiry with respect to his complaint. 4.
Taking note of the fact that there is no complaint against this petitioner as on date, the apprehension of the petitioner is ill found. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
