When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.02.2020, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that he has no instructions from the petitioner. Therefore, Registry was directed to remove the name of the counsel and print the name of the petitioner and list the matter on 18.02.2020 "for dismissal".

Even though the petition is pending from the year 2014 without any progress and name of the petitioner also printed in the cause list and the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" there is no representation for the petitioner and hence this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
