Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to settle the issue to the depositors through Nodal Officer Hon'ble Retired Judge, Mr.Akbar Ali in Crl.O.P.No.32150 of 2012 in Crime No.3 of 2012 on the file of the respondent and pass such further orders which are deemed circumstances of the case and pending the above Crl.O.P.No.32150 of 2012.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 22.02.2013, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to settle the issue to the depositors through Nodal Officer Hon'ble Retired Judge.Mr.Akbar Ali.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to settle the issue to the depositors through Nodal Officer Hon'ble Retired Judge, Mr.Akbar Ali. All other conditions remain unaltered.
