This petition is filed by the petitioners to extend the time of one month granted in Crl.M.P.No.5867 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.472 of 2023, by order dated 26.04.2023, to pay the 20% of the fine amount.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on 26.04.2023, this court, enlarged the petitioners on bail by granting interim suspension of sentence for a period of three months, by imposing one of the conditions that the petitioners shall pay 20% of the fine amount imposed on them within a period of one month from the date of their release.

3. He further submitted that the petitioners are not able to comply with the above said condition since they are house wives and the fine amount is huge. Therefore, he prayed that some more time be granted for paying the fine amount.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) and perused the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this court grants a further period of one month to deposit 20% of the fine amount imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5867 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.472 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
