CRIME NO.562 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 09.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.10072 of 2021 with regard to payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) towards the Covid Relief Fund, in favour of the District Medical Officer, Tiruvannamalai in paragraph 6(a) of the order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DASS AND VISWA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KASTHURI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- On perusing the records, it is seen that there is no bank account maintained in the name of "Covid Relief Fund, District Medical Officer, Tiruvannamalai" .

2. Under such circumstances, this Court modifies the earlier order passed by this Court on 09.06.2021 and the petitioner is hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) to Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The other conditions imposed by this Court on 09.06.2021 shall remain unaltered.
