( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Tuesday, the Seventh day of September Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8744 of 2021 IN CRL OP.13562 of 2021 SIVA [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, ARANI, THIRUVANNAMALAI CR.NO.9 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) imposed by this Honourable Court in its order dated 10.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.13562 of 2021 the petitioer shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DASS AND VISWA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 10.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 10.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month until further orders till the filing of charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
