This Writ Petition has been filed, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in respect of Roll No.I 101270008, Registration Number 1989 FO 8289, Certificate Verification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Serial No. 3286 for Selection of Post-Graduate Teachers in Tamil for the year 2007-08 vide Memo No. 3284/A1/2007 dated 29.05.2008 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Post Graduate Teacher in Tamil in Government School.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
