O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation petition filed by the petitioner on 19.3.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. K.Parameswaran, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 4.12.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to provide sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and to all the other interested parties and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
