This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and family members to take necessary action against the accused for abduction of their properties, money, gold jewel, vehicles worth about 1.5 crores.

Heard Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent conducted enquiry in C.S.R.No.136 of 2020 and closed the same on 26.07.2021.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
