2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that CC No.65 of 2023 ended up in acquittal through Judgement and order dated 01.07.2023.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
