The application has been filed seeking to examine the third party in view of the fact that both the attesting witnesses are no more. 2.The third party who is sought to be examined as witness is the son of the first attesting witness.

3.The respondent herein had already filed a consent affidavit and would have no objection for the same.

4.In view that the attesting witnesses of the Will for which the Letters of Administration is sought to be issued are no more and that the person who is sought to be examined is the son of the first attesting witness, the application is ordered as prayed for.

5.Post the matter before the learned Master for recording of evidence on 05.07.2023.
