ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in this case, the first petitioner has given a representation dated 28.05.2024 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent for Town Survey filed number 6/27 in Ward H of Keezhkattalai Village, Block Number 9, Pallavaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents 1 to 3, as on date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the first petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2024 will be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of 12 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner'S representation dated 28.05.2024, after issuing due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as fourth respondent and aggrieved person, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
