By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

4.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his grandfather owned the land and there was a partition in the year 1958 and 50 cents were allotted to the petitioner's father. The petitioner's father sold some land in the year 1985 and the remaining 44.05 cents were retained by him. However, some mistakes crept in the sub division and the patta has been changed in the names of the respondents 4 to 6. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation and on the basis of the enquiry, the authorities have also come to the conclusion that the sub division has been wrongly made 2/5

and directed for the issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner. However, no action so far taken. Hence, he seeks a direction. 5.

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the third respondent will pass orders on merits on the representation of the petitioner. 6.

In such view of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
