ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue suitable direction, directing the second respondent police to file charge sheet, FIR in Crime No.308 of 2012 u/s. 468, 471,120(b) IPC, dated 04.05.2012 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.308 of 2012, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.308 of 2012, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three weeks time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of

three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
