O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission to the petitioner to observe Hunger Strike at the entrance of Tiruppur District Collectorate from 19.05.2025 to until she is given information under RTI Act by considering her representation dated 04.04.2025 and 09.04.2025.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the name of one Senthil Kumar has been mutated in the petitioner's house tax receipt without her knowledge. Hence the petitioner requested the 4th respondent under the RTI Act to furnish the mutation details. However, there was no response from the 4th respondent. Hence, the petitioner decided to observe a hunger strike in a democratic way in front of the Tiruppur Collectrate entrance from 19.05.2025 until the information is given and she gave a
representation to the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission for the same. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present petition is filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the matter came up before this Court on 09.05.2025, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court had directed the 4th respondent to forthwith consider the petitioner's application and give necessary information as sought for by the petitioner, failing which, directed the concern Public Information Officer of the 4th respondent's Municipality to appear before this Court on 02.06.2025. However, the same has not been complied with.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 09.05.2025, the 4th respondent had asked the petitioner to produce certain documents, however, the petitioner has not produced the same.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. It is seen that the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking permission to observe Hunger Strike at the entrance of Tiruppur
District Collectorate until the petitioner is given information as sought for under the RTI Act. The relief sought for by the petitioner is not maintainable and this Court is not inclined give any direction as sought for by the petitioner.
