Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Sandavasal Branch, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, the respondent herein to release and hand over the petitioner's original document in (Sale Deed Document No.321/1977) at Sub-Registrar Office, Kalambur, to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to release and hand over the petitioner's original document to the petitioner within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has availed financial facility from the respondent under two loan accounts and both of them have now been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that if the petitioner approaches the respondent, the document sought for in this writ petition would be handed over to him.

5. In the light of the above submissions, this writ petition is allowed and this Court directs the respondent to release the said document to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
