Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the 3rd and 4th respondent herein in Bill Nos.9094350381052002 datd 07.05.2020, 9094350381062001 dated 06.06.2020, 9094350381072001 dated 6.7.2020, 094350381082001 dated 07.08.2020 and 9094350381092001 dated 05.09.2020 raised for petitioner's service connection No.039094350381 and consequential Order No.Lr.No.SE/CEDC/M/CBE/ DFC/AO/REV/AAO/HT/F.DCNotice/D.180/2020 dated 21.10.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to

issue fresh Bills for the period of lockdown, in terms of Regulation 6(b) of the TN Electricity Supply Code and adjust the excess sums paid on 17.06.2020, 16.07.2020 and 14.08.2020 with future bills and further forbear the respondents herein from levying and collecting any sums in excess of Minimum Charges with respect to petitioner's service connection Nos.039094350381, during the period of lockdown i.e., 24.3.2020 to 30.09.2020.

The issue that has been raised in the present writ petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in WP.
