ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2.By the impugned letter dated 18 August 2015, the Principal Secretary to the Government, noticing several deficiencies, had directed the petitioners to submit a revised plan to Coonoor Municipality within three months from the date of receipt of the letter. Without disclosing as to whether any application has been made or not, the petitioners have come up with this writ petition, questioning the correctness of the said proceedings.

3.We have perused the impugned proceedings. It is only a communication, calling upon the petitioners to take necessary steps for removal of the deviations or seek regularisation by submitting a revised plan. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. 4.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
