Palanisamy v. Nanjaya Gounder

1 CRP. No.2051 of 2021 C.R.P. No.2051 of 2021 S.KANNAMMAL.J., This matter has come up today under the caption "for extension of Time".

2.This Court by its order dated 30.09.2021 directed the Learned District Munsif, Gopichettipalayam, to dispose of the case in O.S. No.118 of 2016 and O.S. No.79 of 2009 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Perused the letter dated 27.04.2022 in D. No.248 of 2022 forwarded by the District Munsif Judge, Gobichettipalayam through the Principal District Judge, Erode wherein it has been stated that as I.A.Nos.3, 4 and 5 are pending to implead the parties, the aforesaid cases could not be disposed of within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the above, the time granted by this Court in C.R.P. (PD) No.2051 of 2021 shall stand further extended for a period of four months finally to dispose of the case in O.S. No.118 of 2016 and O.S. No.79 of 2009.
