These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to restore C.R.P.(PD).Nos.819 & 820 of 2018, which were dismissed for nonprosecution on 16.06.2021 by this Court. 2.Mr.J.Hariharan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the respondents have no objection in ordering these petitions.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, both the Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the Civil Revision Petitions are restored to file.
