O R D E R

The petitioner/1st Accused in Crime No.50 of 2004, has filed this petition to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.50 of 2004.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/1st accused was charged for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 365, 384, 324 and 380 of I.P.C along with other accused and the case was tried by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore in C.C.No.1401 of 2007. After full-fledged trial, the case ended in acquittal on 13.02.2015. The petitioner was acquitted from all the charges.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication.
