PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in letter No.4185/Va 3/2023-1 dated 29.05.2023 and quash the same.

ORDER

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The impugned order is an internal communication between the first and second respondents herein, wherein they have sought for action to be initiated against the petitioner. Such internal communications cannot be a subject matter of challenge before this Court. The affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition does not state as to how the petitioner came in possession of this impugned order. Unless and until this internal communication culminates into an order, which is addressed to the petitioner herein, or any further action taken based on the present 2/4

impugned order, the petitioner will not be entitled to challenge. As such, the present Writ Petition is pre-mature.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to challenge any further action that may be taken pursuant to the impugned order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 22.06.2023 Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order hvk Note to Registry: It is found that in many of the affidavits filed in support of the applications seeking to dispense with the original order, there are no averments as to why the petitioner is unable to produce the original certified copies. This causes inconvenience to the Court while dealing with dispense with petitions. Registry shall henceforth ensure that the affidavit filed in support of the dispense with petitions carries a statement as to why the petitioner is unable to produce the original impugned orders.
