O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and third respondent made a submission that the persons, who have raised the disputes resulted in filing of the writ petition, are no more.

2. However, the writ petition was filed in the year 2016. A perusal of the impugned order and the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition reveals that issues raised herein are of civil nature. Thus, the parties have to resolve the disputes before the competent civil court of law for the redressal of their grievances. This Court cannot conduct a rowing enquiry in respect of such disputes, which have to be adjudicated based on the documents and evidences produced by the parties.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances, the parties to the lis on hand are at liberty to approach the competent civil court of law for the purpose of adjudication of the issues and for resolving the issues in the manner known to law.

4. With the above liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
