The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 235/2014/Tha.Va dated 10.09.2018 passed by the Second Respondent and to consequently direct the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to work as packer in the Society of the Third Respondent upto the age of 60 years.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
