O R D E R

Heard Mr.P.Venkatraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to pass final orders on the enquiry conducted by them based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.03.2015.

3. Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions, submitted that enquiry has been completed and the Authority may be granted reasonable time to pass final orders in the matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
