The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 11 days in filing this criminal revision against the order dated 14.02.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.2529 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases Registered under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Villupuram against Crime No.06 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order.
