ORDER

The petitioner made an application seeking issuance of No Objection Certificate and formal recognition for the purpose of availing affiliation from Central Board of Secondary Education. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition stating that the said application will have to be considered without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

insisting upon the plan approval from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning as per orders passed in W.P(MD).No.20329 of 2014.

2. It is seen that the said order has been modified by an order of the Division Bench in W.A.(MD).No.911 of 2015 dated 18.08.2015. Thereafter, order is said to have been passed in contempt petition (MD).No.1391 of 2015 on 30.11.2015.

3. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders by taking into consideration the scope and availability of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD).No.911 of 2015 dated 18.08.2015 and the subsequent order passed in contempt petition (MD).No.1391 of 2015 dated 30.11.2015, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
