Earlier, on 03.07.2019, this Court passed an interim order prohibiting the Garnishee from disbursing the amount upto a sum of Rs.17,58,904.80 being the claim in this application to the respondent.

2. Though notices were served on the respondents, there is no response from them either in person or through counsel.

3. Therefore, Garnishee is directed to deposit the amount payable to the first respondent.

Accordingly this application is closed.
