reference to the insistence upon producion of patta from the revenue authorities for the aforesaid property and in accordance with law. For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Mr.G.T.Subramanian for R1 to R3.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 03.06.2013 for Planning Permission for the proposed construction at No.14/3, Thiruvalluvar Salai, Ramapuram Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, without any reference to the insistence upon producion of patta from the revenue authorities for the aforesaid property and in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is listed for hearing, no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, the petitioner had submitted the application for granting planning 2/4

permission, without any records. Therefore, he was directed to represent the application along with the necessary documents, however, he has not re-presented the same.

4. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that, without any necessary documents, the petitioner cannot seek to consider his application for granting planning permission. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
