Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned orders issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 13924/2012/MC2 dated13/11/2014, Na.Ka.No. 372/2013/MC2 dated 11/12/2014 and Na.Ka.No. 13924/2012/MC2 dated 13/12/2014 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant over and above the respondents 3-17 and grant her all consequential service and monetary benefits.
