Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent herein relating to Circular No.13/2002 (Ppa.2/12819/ 2002), dated 16.4.2002, and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioners' educational qualification, viz., B.Ed., Degree certificates in his respective Employment Exchange without Evaluation Certificates.
