ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the records of the respondent, which culminated in the impugned letter of the Regional Passport Officer vide Ref.No.SCN/314931559/23 dated 29.05.2023 and to consequently direct the respondent to refrain from interfering with passport bearing No.W6977040 which was already renewed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the respondent submitted that though the petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking the aforesaid relief, however during the pendency of this writ petition, the impugned show cause notice having Ref.No. SCN/314931559/23 dated 29.05.2023 was withdrawn by the respondent.

3. In the light of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
