This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.A.No.34 of 2013 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Coimbatore, under the Domestic Violence Act.

2. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the proceedings in D.V.A.No.34 of 2013 itself dismissed for default. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
