By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey Nos.524/6, 538/21 and 501/A13 situated at Mademangalam Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, by considering the petitioner's application dated 19.02.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has paid the requisite fees to survey the property in Survey Nos.524/6, 538/21 and 501/A13 situated at Mademangalam Village, Dharmapuri Taluk. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider 2/4

the petitioner's application dated 19.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
