O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2025 to direct the 2nd respondent herein to give police protection to the petitioner's peaceful running of hoardings business in 3rd respondent's building situated at No.7, George Rathinam Road, Mogappair East, Chennai - 600 107.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.09/2025 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur and also obtained an order of interim injunction from the Civil Court.

4. Since the suit is pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain

this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the Civil Court in the pending suit.
