Alleging that a fraud has been committed, the petitioner made a representation on 06.12.2013. On receipt of the same, the first respondent in letter No.57886/UI/2013, dated 10.04.2014 directed the second respondent to take appropriate action. As there is no further action forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the letter dated 10.04.2014 sent by first respondent after affording opportunity to the petitioner and third parties, who are all parties to the sale deed in question within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
