The Insurance Company has preferred this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, challenging the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, I Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore, in M.C.O.P.No.739 of 2009 dated 18/2/2014.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 11/3/2022, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, this Court had directed the Registry to post this matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 16/3/2022. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
