COMMON ORDER Since the relief claimed in all the writ petitions are same, they are taken up together and disposed of in a common order.
2. By consent of the parties, the above writ petitions are taken up for final hearing at the admissions stage itself.
3.According to the petitioners, the petitioners have applied to the fourth respondent under the Entrepreneur Development Programmer (EDP). As per the scheme, a Committee was constituted under the Chairmanship of the third respondent/District Collector, the petitioners were selected as eligible beneficiaries under the scheme on 11.02.2023. It is further claim of the petitioners that pursuant to the selection, it has been forwarded to the concerned Bank (i.e.,) the Lamp Society Bank by proceedings dated 27.02.2023. 4.The grievance of the petitioners that inspite of two years having lapsed, till date no orders have been passed by the respondents in releasing the grant. In
such regard, the petitioners have submitted a representation on 09.04.2025 seeking disbursal of the same.
5.The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will be satisfied if the representation of the petitioners dated 09.04.2025 is considered within a time bound period. 6.Mr.M.Mathiyalagan, learned Standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1and 4. Mr. P.Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. 7.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioners will be acted upon and final orders will be passed.
8.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petitions and without going into the merits
of the cases, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 03.10.2024 and 09.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
9.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
